I'm Alive!

No I do not have a recipe. No I didn't die. I am still alive and kicking. Sorry if it seems that I have fallen off of the face of the earth. Life has been crazy!

We have had our new baby Rogue for almost a week now. He is a MONSTER. I love him when he is sleepy. Such a sweetheart. When he is awake, he is a straight up crazy pup. Running around biting anything he can. But he is so stinking cute. I cant even explain. He is sleeping right now as a write this, if he was awake he would be trying to use my laptop as a chew toy. No joke. Something I learned this weekend, it is NOT an ounce of fun or easy at all to take care of a puppy while you feel like poop.
love those baby blues

I have been in bed for the past three days. Finally went to the doctor yesterday, and guess what I have?! Strep Throat. Yay for me. Booo. Good news, I am on antibiotics and should be feeling better in no time! Thank goodness. I have been a worthless specimen for the past three days. Scott, I am sorry your laundry hasn't been getting done! I haven't had the energy to do anything. He has been super sweet and taking great care of me. I love him. He pr-ed on his back squat last night! A whopping 300#. That's double his body weight. He has been making some huge gains lately in the box. I am so proud of him! Such an athlete.

So Rogue has his puppy check today. How exciting! And after only watching 2 episodes of SOA I am totally addicted. It really is a great show. I don't know how I have lived my life not watching it ever. Crazy. Guess what else! My hairdresser/good friend, Melissa, tried out CF Monday night. Guess what else else? She loved it. DUH! Everyone that tries it loves it. Cause its awesome. Right?!

Cant wait to get my booty back on my road bike and go for a ride. Maybe tomorrow after work? Good idea if I don't say so myself. I am watching the cooking channel right now. This chick, don't know her, she just made fried fish tacos, fried chirros, and tamales. Sweet baby Jesus. Heart attack anyone? I learned so much from the Everyday Paleo workshop that I attended on Saturday. Jason Seib really went into depth about the science behind paleo. How our bodies work and how its beneficial to us. If you want to learn more they do a lot of live podcasts and whatnot. Check them out!

K people, stay tuned! I am going to have an awesome recipe up for you tomorrow! Promise :) Have a beautiful day! Pin It Now!
