Delicious Meatballs

So last night I went down to the gym, and did the wod. Skill was to work on your pull ups, conditioning was 3 rounds for time, 5 push press (55# for me). 10 wall balls (10#) and 15 box jumps (20 inches). Well the box jumps ended up being step ups because my hip was bothering me. But regardless, I cannot even believe how much stamina and strength I have lost in the past month. It is crazy people! Don't stop working out. Trust me.  I feel like a little weakling, well frankly I am. Ha! But on a good note, I felt super light headed afterwards and that means it kicked my ass. Go me! It always feels great to get a good sweat on.

Tonight is SOA. I officially love the show and look forward to it on Tuesdays. Wasn't hard to get me hooked! Have you ever watched those shows like Yard Crashers and Room Crashers? That's so cool. Its like BAM they come in and give your house a face lift. Although sometimes their designs are a little wack but how cool is that.

So I haven't listened to Dave Matthews since we saw him up at the Gorge. My parents got the new album and my mom let me borrow it. Its funny as soon as I started listening to it I was instantly brought back. His voice is magical. Love it. The song "Sweet" you should listen to it. Only if you like Dave though. I don't want any haters up on him. :))

Scott got me a new hat, so cute! It is Rogue Fitness, and that's our new pups name so I love it, of course!

So these little balls of meat turned out pretty darn tasty! I didn't know what to call them because there's alot of ingredients in them...well not a ton but you know. Just trust me, they are yummy.

Delicious Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb sweet Italian sausage
1/2 lb hot sausage
1 cup broccoli slaw
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp basil
1/4  cup sun dried tomatoes, diced
1 egg
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375F

In a big bowl combine all your ingredients with you paws. Mush and gush that meat together till its well blended. Take a large handful and mold it into the size you'd like, I did pretty large and got 8 balls. So once you balls are formed pop those in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.

I made a pesto-ish sauce and broiled it on top, its not perfected yet so I don't want to share it with you guys. Soon my friends, soon. But the meatballs just by themselves are delish! :)

Enjoy! :)
